All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in its 49th meeting of the Council held on 14th March, 2017 approved a package of measures to be implemented by all technical institutions approved by AICTE to improve the standards of technical education and to provide competent technical manpower for the nation. AICTE has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Youth4work on 12th Sep 2017 to facilitate Job and Internship Opportunities along with Skill based Assessments for students of AICTE approved institutes using www.youth4work.com platform. Ministry of Human Resource Department (MHRD), Government of India and AICTE have directed all the institutes to ensure “ALL” of their students appear for a small Online Talent Test through this site https://www.youth4work.com/onlinetalenttest .
Steps of Online Talent Test
- All students must give any 2 tests of their choice at https://www.youth4work.com/onlinetalenttest
- This test will take 30 mins and can be given from web or mobile both from anywhere. Students can give on the college computer labs or from homes too.
- Students should attempt tests on Communication Skills, Sales and any of the their core discipline.
- It assess their skills like Aptitude, Communication Skills, Engineering or Management through online tests in sets of 10 questions only. The more they score in these tests, better are their chances of being contacted by Recruiters.
